Fillet of sole stuffed with spinach
Ingredients
- 1 bag 6 oz (171 g) - Spinach
- 8 sole
- 1 cream cheese (smoke salmon flavor)
- 2 tsp - Chives, fresh, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup - White dry wine
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
- In a big frying pan, milt the butter and cook the spinach gently. Keep aside.
- Pat-dry the sole fillets and lay them on a working surface skin face up. Gently spread the cream cheese and add the spinach.
- Sprinkle the chopped chives and roll the fillets. Tie them up or use a toothpick to keep them closed.
- Cook for 10 minutes and serve.
