Fillet of sole stuffed with spinach


  • 1 bag 6 oz (171 g) - Spinach
  • 8 sole
  • 1 cream cheese (smoke salmon flavor)
  • 2 tsp - Chives, fresh, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup - White dry wine

Steps to follow

  • Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
  • In a big frying pan, milt the butter and cook the spinach gently. Keep aside.
  • Pat-dry the sole fillets and lay them on a working surface skin face up. Gently spread the cream cheese and add the spinach.
  • Sprinkle the chopped chives and roll the fillets. Tie them up or use a toothpick to keep them closed.
  • Cook for 10 minutes and serve.
