Spaghetti sauce


  • 1 lb -  minced beef ( 454 g)
  • 2 tbsp - olive oil
  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes (28 oz -796 ml)
  • 1 bag- Spaghetti sauce vegetables
  • 1 can of tomatoe paste
  • 2 tsp- italian spices
  • Spices: salt, pepper, sugar and hot red pepper to taste

Steps to follow

  • In a saucepan, fry minced beef in olive oil.
  • Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Spaghetti sauve vegetables and spices.
  • Simmer as per your desire.
  • Serve 8 to 10.
  • Freeze unused portion.
