- 1 lb - minced beef ( 454 g)
- 2 tbsp - olive oil
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes (28 oz -796 ml)
- 1 bag- Spaghetti sauce vegetables
- 1 can of tomatoe paste
- 2 tsp- italian spices
- Spices: salt, pepper, sugar and hot red pepper to taste
Steps to follow
- In a saucepan, fry minced beef in olive oil.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Spaghetti sauve vegetables and spices.
- Simmer as per your desire.
- Serve 8 to 10.
- Freeze unused portion.
